So you have hemorrhoids. Even though many people make jokes about this condition, it truly can be a painful condition. How long have you had Hemorrhoids? Purchasing a Seitz bath at your local drug store can be very beneficial in treating hemorrhoids by soaking in the Seitz bath three to four times a day but only for about ten minutes each time. Another option is using ice packs.

Other things to consider are staying well hydrated to help your body’s natural functions to flow properly. Also try to keep a substantial amount of fiber in your diet. You should try to lose weight if necessary and avoid straining.
